Equipped with hydrogen powered battery/1000km range Renault Embl è me concept car released

Renault has recently unveiled a hydrogen-powered battery concept car named Emblème. The highlight of this vehicle is its hydrogen-powered battery system, which allows for a driving range of up to 1000 kilometers. The design of the Emblème concept car is also eye-catching, featuring typical Renault family genes while exuding a strong sense of futurism. The side waistline of the car body is personalized, the C-pillar design is unique, the tail lines are sharp, and the tail lights echo the logo. Additionally, the front engine compartment cover features dynamic air deflectors.

In terms of power, the Emblème concept car uses a hydrogen-powered battery, equipped with a hydrogen tank that can be refilled in less than 5 minutes, along with a 40kWh battery pack, allowing the new car to achieve a driving range of 1000km. The vehicle is rear-wheel-drive, with a maximum power output of 218 horsepower from the motor. The body design has been meticulously optimized, with an air resistance coefficient of only 0.25, which is much lower than that of models in the same class. By using lightweight materials and advanced manufacturing techniques, the overall weight of the Emblème is lighter than that of electric models on the same platform, further enhancing energy efficiency.

The launch of the Emblème aims to showcase the great potential of hydrogen fuel cell technology in future mobility. Renault states that compared to traditional gasoline cars, the lifecycle carbon emissions of the Emblème are significantly reduced, amounting to only one-fifth of the gasoline Captur. This concept car is set to make its debut at the Paris Motor Show in 2024.
