The 2024 Hongqi HS3 PHEV, equipped with a 1.5T plug-in hybrid system, is set to launch in August.

Recently, the 2024 Hongqi HS3 PHEV made its official debut at the “Wonderful Night” 2024 Hongqi Fan Festival and is set to launch in August this year. This model is a compact SUV under the Hongqi brand and features a 1.5T plug-in hybrid powertrain. In terms of exterior design, the Hongqi HS3 PHEV continues the design style of the Hongqi HS3, boasting a familial straight waterfall-style chrome grille and unique tail light design. The dimensions of the vehicle are 4655mm in length, 1900mm in width, 1668mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2770mm.

For the interior, the Hongqi HS3 PHEV is equipped with a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument panel and a 12.6-inch vertical control screen, creating a sense of modern technology. The seats are made of a mix of ultra-fiber leather and fabric materials, enhancing the comfort of the ride.

In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a combination of a 1.5T turbocharged engine and an electric motor. The 1.5T engine has a maximum power output of 124kW and a peak torque of 258N·m; the front-mounted electric motor has a maximum power of 140kW and a peak torque of 280N·m. The Hongqi HS3 PHEV is fitted with an 18.4kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, providing a CLTC pure electric driving range of 115km, and a combined driving range of over 1100km. Additionally, the car offers a 3.3kW external discharge function and a 2.8kW vehicle charging function, making it more convenient for outdoor use.

This fan festival not only showcased the Hongqi HS3 PHEV but also included a series of interactive experiences and the release of Olympic rights, demonstrating the brand’s youthfulness and innovative spirit.
